We offer two convenient shipping methods to bring our children’s collections to your doorstep:

Standard Shipping (£12.95)

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Includes tracking information

Free Shipping (Orders over £50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Includes tracking information

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide, excluding some remote areas in Asia and other regions.

Our Gentle Returns Process

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in our:

  • Baby Girls 0-3yrs
  • Boys 0-12yrs
  • Girls 3-12yrs collections

Items We Cannot Accept Returns On:

  • Underwear and socks (for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized items
  • Sale items (exchange for store credit only)

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Step 2: Package & Ship Your Return

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions including:

  • Our return address: 15 Kingstown Rd, Carlisle, GB CA3S 6UA
  • A printable return label (for UK returns)
  • International customers: We’ll guide you on the most cost-effective return method

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover the cost of standard shipping for the replacement item.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days after approval
  • Store Credit: Issued immediately via email as a digital gift card

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some remote areas):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • Refunds will be issued in GBP, minus any original shipping costs

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item from our children’s collections:

  • Include photos of the issue
  • We’ll arrange a free return and immediate replacement
